Randelle Green has been representing buyers & sellers in the LA area for almost 2 decades! You see Randelle has always said that “Real Estate is about relationships, where friendships are born first”
Randelle grew up in Omaha, Nebraska where during high school he found himself a highly recruited student-athlete where ultimately, he would play college football for the University of Nebraska under Hall of Fame head coach Tom Osborne and alongside Heisman Trophy winner Mike Rozier and future NFL players, Roger Criag, Tom Rathman, Irving Fryar and Dave Rimmington. Randelle’s career was cut short during his freshman year due to a knee injury.
Shortly after that Randelle found himself transitioning to Los Angeles, as a 19-year-old fresh faced kid from Omaha it was not long before Hollywood came calling. Randelle would spend the next 20 years walking the European runways with the likes of Naomi Campbell, Linda Evangelista, Christy Turlington and Kate Moss as an editorial and runway model. It was 2002 when Randelle was cast as “Frankie” in Aaron Spellings hit WB show, “Charmed” opposite Shannon Daughety and Alissa Milano. He continues to be a union actor although he is quick to say that barring something unforeseen, he has pretty much lost his passion for Hollywood.
By 2005 Randelle had once again pivoted into a career that he felt was calling him since childhood. “Residential homes have always been a fascination of mine; I remember as a child standing in awe of beautiful properties and their impressive architecture”. Randelle’s first stop was working under the tutelage of renowned Broker Syd Leibovitch with Paramount Rodeo in Beverly Hills, quickly he was recruited into the burgeoning untapped market of downtown LA, where the introduction of Staples Center, the Red Line metro, LA Live and the onset of new high-rise condos and adaptive reuse historic buildings were taking the forefront. Randelle’s Brokerage: The RandelleGreen Group (2014-2024) has been credited for leading what has often been referred to as “The Renaissance of DTLA” where he has received numerous accolades over the past decade of downtown service.
While operating his downtown brokerage, Randelle’s suburb division: GMP | Green Mile Properties, which was originally more of an exclusive boutique house, was fast becoming a solid fixture in the San Fernando Valley while representing a host of celebrity clients from Burbank to Calabasas. Fast forward to the Spring of 2025 and after a short stint in Sherman Oaks as an Associate Broker with Powerhouse Brokerage Compass, Randelle has switched gears, stating the need to bring customer service back, one on one attention and actually “serving clients” instead of just “hosting” them, and with that being said, Green has brought GMP to the forefront, a combination of his original DTLA brokerage and his longtime exclusive suburb boutique service to form one company: Green Mile Properties Inc serving the Greater Los Angeles area, but focusing on The San Fernando Valley and always keeping his finger on the pulse of Downtown LA!
In Randelle’s downtime you’ll either find him on the island of Kauai or his log cabin in Big Bear Lake, Ca with his wife Gabriela and son Dakota. After 20 yrs of LA Real Estate, he has accomplished a lot but ask Randelle if he’s slowing down and he’ll say, “not a chance”!
As Green’s motto has been for almost two decades: “I put my name on it”, and he still does!
